I’m a San Diego native who has been immersed in creativity for as long as I can remember. My father—an entrepreneur and architectural designer—and my mother—a calligrapher and devoted crafter—sparked a creative fire in me early on. Art wasn’t just encouraged in our home, it was part of the atmosphere.
In high school, art and technology collided and something clicked. That spark led me to earn a BA in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of California, but traditional design was only the beginning. I’ve always had a restless curiosity for new forms of expression and the places where creativity, consciousness, and technology intersect.
In 2009, while wandering through the surreal landscapes of Burning Man and Lightning in a Bottle festival, something opened. My perspective shifted and my creativity expanded. For the first time, I began creating art not for clients or assignments—but for self expression, soul exploration, healing, and the experience of being fully alive.
My creative process is deeply tied to meditation and the meditative state. When I create, I try to quiet the thinking mind and enter a space of flow where intuition takes the lead. The artwork becomes less about control and more about listening.
I’m deeply inspired by mathematics as a universal language, the sacred geometry woven through nature, vivid color, energetic frequencies, and the infinite space and potential that exists within each of us. Rather than pre-planning each piece, I allow the work to evolve organically—emerging from a stream of consciousness where patterns reveal themselves and textures and symbols emerge as the piece unfolds.
Today I live on the magical Mt. Helix in Southern California with my wife, our beautiful daughter, our rascally dog, and our 4 chickens. My artwork has traveled around the world and has been featured in collaborations with brands like BMW, Atomic Skis, Juxtapoz, Boochcraft, Tomo Surfboards and others.
At its core, my work is an exploration of patterns, energy, consciousness, and the quiet, meditative spaces where creativity and the universe meet.
