PRINTS

All prints are print to order and are printed in San Diego, CA.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped typically within 3-10 days via the method you desire for shipping. On multiple quantity order, please allow more time for printing.  Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, Jetter Green cannot be held responsible for stolen, damaged or lost packages when USPS tracking shows that the package was delivered. Tracking will be provided for all orders. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are shipped via USPS and should use your local carrier/network once it lands overseas. Tracking number provided should give you information about the product in-transit, but once it’s within your country’s postal service network, there’s nothing that Jetter Green or USPS can do with delayed or lost packages. Tracking will be provided for all orders. 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at Jetter@JetterGreen.com with as much detail as possible in regards to your situation. I’ll gladly accept returns on full price items 15 days after delivered. The returned item must be free from damage or any aspect that would prevent it from being sold again as new. 

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment minus the shipping cost.
